Why Spinal Care is Different
A Research-Driven Approach to Chiropractic & Pain Management
At Spinal Care, we believe successful treatment goes beyond simply “cracking backs.” Our approach combines evidence-based chiropractic care, spinal rehabilitation, movement correction and modern pain science to provide a more comprehensive path to recovery.
Led by Dr George Hardas, our clinics in Kogarah and Ingleburn are built on years of orthopaedic and pain management research, helping patients who may have struggled to find long-term results through traditional treatment approaches alone.
Dr George Hardas is a Sydney chiropractor with advanced qualifications in chiropractic, medicine, cognitive behavioural therapy and pain management.
His extensive background includes over 10 years of medical research at the Orthopaedic Research Institute at St George Hospital, along with further advanced training through the Pain Management Research Institute at Royal North Shore Hospital.
Dr Hardas has contributed to multidisciplinary orthopaedic discussions alongside leading surgeons and has had research published in internationally recognised medical journals including Spine.
THE FIRST CHIROPRACTOR BOTH DOMESTICALLY & INTERNATIONALLY TO BE AWARDED-MASTER OF SCIENCE IN MEDICINE/COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY AS WELL AS HAVING HIS RESEARCH PUBLISHED IN THE JOURNAL ‘SPINE’

In fact, 93% of chiropractors use instrument-assisted methods, whether exclusively or alongside manual techniques. That means patients across the world are benefiting from adjustments that are more consistent, gentle, and effective. This isn’t just a trend it’s the standard of modern chiropractic care.
